If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable refund will be processed to your original payment method.

5. Shipping

Standard shipping generally takes 3–5 working days after your order has been processed.
Made-to-order products require additional production time and may take 7–14 working days before dispatch.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 4 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
Exchange requests can be made within 7–10 days of delivery.
