Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Made-to-Order Products

Some products are made to order and require additional time for production before dispatch.

Made-to-order products may take 7–14 working days to be manufactured and shipped.
The estimated dispatch or delivery timeline, if different, will be mentioned on the respective product page.
By placing an order for a made-to-order item, you acknowledge and accept the additional production time.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking details, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make delivery attempts as per their standard policy. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or other customer-related reasons, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
