RETURN REFUND AND EXCHNAGE

Return & Exchange Policy

At Noir Crest Fashion, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 4 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
Products showing signs of use, damage, stains, or alterations will not be accepted.
Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes our quality inspection.

Exchanges

Exchanges can be requested within 7 to 10 days from the date of delivery.
To request an exchange, email us at noircrestfashion@gmail.com with:
- Order Number
- Product Name
- Size or item you wish to exchange
- Reason for exchange

Our team will guide you through the exchange process.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Used or damaged products
Products without original tags
Items purchased during clearance or final sale (unless damaged or defective)

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging.
